Official Manchester Carribean Carnival photographer
Andrew has done a really brilliant job capturing our events, from night shoots of huge parades to day events, working to many different briefs and being great with last minute changes that were often thrown at him, what a pro. Really lovely to work with and a great photographer.
We are an event promotion company and run club nights across Manchester with a residency at The Carlton Club. Andrew has been our official photographer for over three years now. He is an absolute genius at capturing the spirit of our events. Not only are his photos technically superb managing to use the club lighting to brilliant and often surprising effect, but he snaps wonderful portrait shots of our clubbers. His photos convey the joy and sense of community we have created at Club Solo and we love his work. He’s also a joy to work with!
I have had the pleasure to work with Andrew on a couple of occasions and it has always been a fantastic experience. Relaxed, easy-going and creative, the photography Andrew creates has quite a way of pulling on your emotions and bringing out feelings (I think a “vibe” for a lack of better word is what we’d call it today).
From creative directions to very open mind for interpretation and improvisation, Andrew is very adaptive to the model he works with.
Andrew is a fantastic photographer, easy to work with, intuitive, and great at understanding exactly what you want to capture. He has such a talent for bringing out the best in every shot! His candid photos are incredible, showing everyone’s personality and the natural moment. He has a calm presence that puts everyone at ease, and somehow he captures all those beautiful, in-the-moment shots without you even realising he’s there. Highly recommend.
Andrew is my resident photographer for Sticky Heat, which he’s done for a good few years now, and I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with the job.
His quality of photography is second to none and he’s an absolute professional to work with.
Extremely recommended.
Brilliant, professional and vibrant photographer Especially brings good results out of shy models like myself! highly recommend
Andrew is a fantastic photographer who clearly enjoys his work as well
